Outreach & Transform Lives (OTL) equips Black and African youth, families, and seniors in in Washington State to thrive through culturally rooted programs in youth leadership and media, climate and education, early childhood and family navigation, and workforce development pathways like SUDP training. We pair practical skills with trusted, language-specific support (Swahili, Amharic, Lingala, and more), strengthen access to health and social resources, and elevate community voices through intergenerational storytelling.
